Dr. Jennifer Frangos is a board-certified Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) with more than 15 years of clinical and leadership experience in family and integrative medicine. Rooted in the osteopathic philosophy, Dr. Frangos believes in treating the whole person—mind, body, and spirit—while addressing the root causes of illness through personalized, functional approaches to care.
A graduate of the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine, Dr. Frangos blends evidence-based medical practices with holistic principles, utilizing lifestyle medicine, nutrition, and thoughtful treatment plans to help patients achieve optimal wellness. Her career includes senior medical leadership roles in across 45 states + DC telehealth and occupational health programs, where she has championed accessible, high-quality care for patients.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Frangos finds balance and fulfillment in nature as the owner of a horse ranch, where she embraces a lifestyle rooted in connection, movement, and vitality—values that mirror her clinical approach.
