What Results Can I Expect & How Soon?

Is there a limit to how long I can stay on BHRT once I start?
There is no limit to how long you can stay on hormone treatments if you are happy with the results. One main purpose of the 8-week follow up with our medical staff is to make sure the prescribed treatments are working well for patients. Our medical staff is always here to continue to follow up and adjust the treatment plan to best meet the patients’ needs long-term.
What makes your medications different from birth control or something my gynecologist would prescribe me?
The hormones we provide are bioidentical; this means they are much safer for long-term use. Bioidentical hormones have a high compatibility rate, meaning they act nearly identical to the hormones your body would naturally produce. This high compatibility rate is ideal for hormones because it means your body is more likely to fully utilize the hormones, resulting in optimization of your overall health.
Why topical treatment vs. injections?
We believe in giving our patients maximum benefits while simultaneously minimizing overall risk. Therefore, some medications are more effectively and safely absorbed into the skin topically vs. entering the body via capsules or injections.
